Q: I never received my 'Welcome' e-mail?
A: Your 'Welcome' e-mail is automatically sent immediately after you complete the sign-up form. If you are using a free
e-mail service (such as Hotmail or Yahoo), please allow a few minutes for the 'Welcome' e-mail to reach your inbox. If the 'Welcome' e-mail has not arrived
within a few minutes, check your 'Junk Mail' folder, as some e-mail providers may automatically filter your e-mail. Make sure you add the address
info [@] paid-to-read-email.com to your address book and/or contact list, and the domain .cash4offers.com to your approved domains list,
as doing so should insure that all e-mail from this address is delivered to your inbox.
If you follow all of these steps and still do not receive your 'Welcome' e-mail, chances are your e-mail provider is blocking e-mail from Cash4Offers -
please join using another e-mail address.

A: We allow one (1) account per household and user must be at least 18 years of age to join.

Q: What if I don't live in the United States or Canada?
A: Currently, Cash4Offers only accepts residents from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Q: How do I get paid to read email?
A: Generally, we'll send you 1 or 2 paid emails per day. Simply click the link contained in this paid email and
the advertisement will load in your web browser. After clicking the specified link in the advertisement (to verify that you have read the advertisement),
your account will be instantly credited and you'll be taken to the advertiser's web site!

Q: How do I earn cash with the paid offers?
A: Earning cash through the paid offers is fast and easy. Simply, log in to your account and check out all the different offers in our paid offers section.
Click on the offer you are interested in, then follow the instructions to complete the offer. Once we receive confirmation from the site we will credit your account.
Most of our offers will credit to your account instantly; however, some offers can take a few days, and others up to 30 days to be credited.
When your account is credited for completing an offer, you will receive an e-mail notification.
Note that you should not complete the offer unless you have a genuine interest in the product or service.

Q: Why was I not credited for the paid offer I completed?
A: There are several possible reasons for not getting credited in your account:
You cancelled a free trial offer immediately after joining.
It has not been 30 days since you completed the offer.
You have not done what was required to do to be credited. Some offers simply require joining the site and verifying your e-mail address, while others require a purchase via credit card etc.
You used a different e-mail address when you completed the offer. When you complete paid offers, you must use the same e-mail address that you signed up to Cash4Offers with.
You were not logged in to your Cash4Offers account when you completed the offer. You must go through a Cash4Offers member page and be signed in to receive credit for a paid offer.
Your browser 'cookies' were disabled.
Important! Cash4Offers does not credit member accounts for completing offers. This process is handled by the advertiser companies who hosts and maintains all of the offers.
Note that the company who credits the offers has the final say in whether or not you are credited, and reserves the right to refuse a member credit for an offer for a variety of reasons,
including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up, improper browser settings, and/or a history of manual credits.
If you do not see the credit in your account, that means that Cash4Offers did not receive credit either, and we therefore cannot pay you.

Q: How can I check how much I have earned?
A: Please log in to your member account.

Q: How and when do I get paid?
A: We send your payment in US dollars when your account balance is over $35.00.
In most cases, payments are processed within three (3) business days upon request! However, your first payment request is processed on a Net-15 basis.
This means that your first payment will be processed 15 days from the end of the month in which you requested payment.
This waiting period is necessary in order to prevent fraud. Any subsequent member payment requests are processed within three (3) business days.

A: Cash4Offers is absolutely committed to your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or give away any identifiable personal information to any third party
