IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND SPAM POLICY, THE CASH4OFFERS.COM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER.

This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in The Cash4Offers.com's Paid Offers Program, and the following definitions apply:

The terms "Member", "Members", "User", "Users", "You", and "Your" refer to you (the applicant). "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to The Cash4Offers.com.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE. All terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the benefits of Membership will signify your acceptance to the modified terms.

MINIMUM REQUIRED AGE. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, members must be at least 18 years old to participate in our program.

BONUSES. Affiliate program policies, affiliate payout rate, and the sign-up bonus are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members.

SIGN-UP BONUS. To qualify for the signup bonus, users must complete the member profile and review a list special offers.

REFERRAL BONUS. The Cash4Offers.com Affiliate Program now pays $2.00 commissions for each person you refer to our Program.

VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS. The Cash4Offers.com is an Internet-based business. The only contact we have with our members is through E-Mail Address. Therefore, accounts with invalid E-Mail Addresses are considered invalid, and will be deleted with no notice (since we have no way to notify you). Each time we send a mailing, any E-Mail Address that comes up as invalid (for one of numerous different reasons) is subject to be removed from our Program.

PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. You must provide The Cash4Offers.com with valid contact and residential information and promptly update such information should it change or should additional information be required by The Cash4Offers.com for legitimate tax-related purposes or any other reason required by applicable law. The Cash4Offers.com reserves the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by The Cash4Offers.com. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. The Cash4Offers.com reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. The Cash4Offers.com is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide The Cash4Offers.com with valid contact information as reasonably necessary.

NEWSLETTER AND OTHER E-MAILS. By signing up for The Cash4Offers.com, you are opting-in to receive The Cash4Offers.com newsletters and other special offer e-mails. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may opt-out at any time by visiting our Unsubscribe section.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION. Members reserve the right to cancel their memberships at any time. Voluntary participation is a condition of membership. If a member is not satisfied with his/her membership he/she may cancel it at anytime. The Cash4Offers.com may terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred in such account for three (3) consecutive months. Any accrued cash or referrals in such account shall be forfeited.

Member account becomes inactive if no paid or special offer has been accepted in such account for each thirty (30) consecutive days during the whole period of membership. Inactive members do not get paid for reading our Paid E-mails. The Cash4Offers.com may terminate inactive member's account at any time.

ONE ACCOUNT PER MEMBER. Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Accounts cannot be transferred between people.

ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD.

YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE CASH4OFFERS.COM. The Cash4Offers.com is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the disclosure of your password or username. Members agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your membership in The Cash4Offers.com. The Cash4Offers.com reserves the right and privilege, for any reason, to revoke any individuals membership at any time without prior verbal or written notification. Members and Advertisers agree not to hold The Cash4Offers.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of the content provided by merchants or advertisers through this service.

NO SPAM. The Cash4Offers.com strictly prohibits its members and advertisers from sending unsolicited e-mails (or SPAM).

FRAUD. Members found to be attempting to defraud The Cash4Offers.com website or its advertisers will have their membership status revoked, their account balance forfeited and will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law.

FRAUD PROTECTION. Members should not complete the offer unless they have a genuine interest in the product or service. Users signing up for an offer and immediately cancelling it, signing up with fake data or signing up with pre-paid credit/debit cards will have their accounts terminated. Certain activity, such as completing dozens of offers of the same type in a short timespan, may result in having your account flagged. If this occurs, The Cash4Offers.com will require verification that you have not fraudulently completed any offers. This information may include, but is not limited to, a copy of the credit card statement that was used to complete the offers, in order to ensure a stolen credit card was not used. This will not affect your balance or any payment requests, as long as you provide the information requested.

OFFER COMPLETION AND CREDITING. Your Cash4Offers.com Account will be credited upon successful completion of offers. For some offers, this simply means joining a web site; for others, it means making a purchase. While most offers will credit to your account immediately, some will take a few days to credit, and certain offers will take up to a month to credit. Please note that some credit card offers, such as most Discover Cards, require that you are approved, receive, activate, and either make a purchase or transfer a balance before your account will be credited.

The Cash4Offers.com does not credit member accounts for completing offers. This process is handled by the advertiser companies who hosts and maintains all of the offers. Note that the company who credits the offers has the final say in whether or not you are credited, and reserves the right to refuse a member credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up, improper browser settings, and/or a history of manual credits. If you do not see the credit in your account, that means The Cash4Offers.com did not receive credit either, and we therefore cannot pay you.

PAYMENTS. The Cash4Offers.com sends you a personal check in USA dollars at your address. In case your check has been lost or stolen, The Cash4Offers.com cannot take responsibility.

The minimum amount required to request your payment is $25.00; however, this amount may change. Members may have only one pending payment request at a time.

You can request payment from the Member's Section. Your first payment request is processed on a Net-15 basis. That means payment requests are processed 15 days after the end of the month in which the payment was requested. Checks are generally mailed on the 15th of every month.

Any subsequent member payment requests are processed within three (3) business days.

When requesting the payment a member must provide a valid e-mail address and phone number. For verification and security purposes, upon your first payment request submission you are required to submit the best time to call you. After you've submitted the best time to call you, we will verify your account information by phone and process your payment according to our payment schedule (within three business days).

MEMBERS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE CASH4OFFERS.COM WEBSITE ('THE SERVICE') IS AT THEIR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'WHEN AVAILABLE' BASIS. THE CASH4OFFERS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ADVERTISER ABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CASH4OFFERS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE CASH4OFFERS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE CASH4OFFERS.COM SERVICE OR PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CASH4OFFERS.COM.
